4. You may pay less or more than the program price, depending on the terms of your health plan. Changing a 30-day prescription into a 90-day prescription may require the permission of the prescriber.
5. Under the program, $5 is the price for delivery of a 30-day supply of certain generic drugs at commonly prescribed dosages. Free shipping is available for orders over $20. Delivery is limited to the DFW area and nearby communities.
